For someone with little to no knowledge about how to maintain a website or dealing with issues specifically with motopress products, I can in full confidence say I trust the support team. Eugene guided me through issues with my website and over a period of almost a week of back and forth email exchanges he helped me figure out my Hotel Booking plug-in was outdated, guided me step-by-step through the process to update it and verified everything was legit after the update.
