Customer Service Excellence
I tried Truly before by buying from Ulta, but recently I ordered online for the first time. Unfortunately, three of the glass jars in my package came shattered. I reached out to Customer Service and had a kind reply within 10 minutes of sending the email. They resent out the three broken products at no charge, and I am really liking every product I've tried so far! Kudos to this company; they are doing customer service right.
