Bait and Switch!! Do. Not. Order. From. This. Site!!
I ordered a ceiling projector. I got a small light with 3 slide inserts. Not AT ALL what the site claimed it was. I sent them an email asking for a refund (after waiting 2+ months for the damn thing). This was their reply: "Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear the item didn’t work as expected—we understand your frustration. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a partial refund of $4 . We hope this helps make things right. Regarding the product, our team has confirmed it’s functioning according to its design specifications. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if the partial refund works for you, and we’ll process it promptly. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team" This, in particular, pissed me off:" our team has confirmed it’s functioning according to its design specifications..." Maybe so but it's not functioning as advertised. My reply noted that, no, a partial refund would not be acceptable. I haven't heard from them since. This is blatant bait & switch. Not sure but I think it qualifies as mail fraud. I will be reporting this company.
