I was very impressed with your customer service when there was a billing error. But the length of time it took for the product to arrive was LONG! And when the tshirts finally got here, they didn’t fit AT ALL as described. Bummer.

Don’t trust the tracking info
I got a set of tracking numbers and opened them every day. It said my package was coming from Ireland and was stuck in Boston. As my son’s birthday approached I sent an email. They responded with a new tracking number and told me it was delivered to my house a week ago from China to Long Beach. I CHECK my mail every day. My neighbors bring my packages out of harms way . I am quite angry because it is late to go knocking on all my neighbors doors to do any kind or inquiry. THIS is sloppy workmanship with zero remorse.

This is the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. Buyer BEWARE! I ordered face towels, $60.00 worth. They charged me $20.00 to ship from I think China. They NEVER showed up. The tracking number they gave me said it was left at the front desk. I live in a HOUSE! I complained and they told me to check my neighbors. I did that. No one has them. This was 80.00 wasted! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered two sets of EVA pill organizers for an upcoming trip. I gave plenty of time for shipping before hand, but didn't receive them in time. A month after placing my order, I reached out to "toselfwith" to inquire about my order. I never received shipping information, so was hoping they could update me. They replied that they would reach out to the shipper to expedite shipping. After another month with no word, I reached out again, this time requesting either an immediate update on the items or a full refund. They replied with my tracking number and website. The tracking number didn't exist. I went to toselfwith's website and my tracking and order numbers didn't exist there either. Basically, they charged me for an order they no longer have on record. I emailed them a third time, demanding a refund. Even if I get one (which I don't expect), the damage is done. Their support representatives didn't deliver on anything. Never buying from this company again. I also left a 1-star review on their website, stating my experience. It was never posted.

I ordered a ceiling projector. I got a small light with 3 slide inserts. Not AT ALL what the site claimed it was. I sent them an email asking for a refund (after waiting 2+ months for the damn thing). This was their reply: "Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear the item didn’t work as expected—we understand your frustration. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you a partial refund of $4 . We hope this helps make things right. Regarding the product, our team has confirmed it’s functioning according to its design specifications. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if the partial refund works for you, and we’ll process it promptly. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service Team" This, in particular, pissed me off:" our team has confirmed it’s functioning according to its design specifications..." Maybe so but it's not functioning as advertised. My reply noted that, no, a partial refund would not be acceptable. I haven't heard from them since. This is blatant bait & switch. Not sure but I think it qualifies as mail fraud. I will be reporting this company.

Misleading Advertising and Poor Customer Service (
Very disappointing experience with TOSELFWITH. The product was heavily advertised as something incredible, but it fell far short of what was promised. It did not match the description or the expectations created by their marketing. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, despite paying $32.18, their best offer was only an $8.00 partial refund. I don't believe that's fair when the product was so different from what was advertised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I just got it. Haven’t used yet. But impressed how quickly it got here. I was disappointed that it didn’t look as shown. And I tried it out on a dusty heater grate, did nothing. Would not purchase again.

STARRY OCEAN PROJECTION
I ordered the item STARRY OCEAN PROJECTION LAMP on 6/28/2026 and cancelled immediately; I was told it was too late and it had shipped? I received the item 7/20/2026 from CHINA. I'm trying to return it and customer service is repeatedly trying to 'settle' my refund. Does not want to provide the return address so I can ship the item back and get 100% of my refund. The ad showed a usb light that would light up the whole room with different visuals like water flowing all around the ceiling and walls. Received 3 CHEAP visuals, one whale, one starfish and a jellyfish. UPDATE: 8/2/2026 No more responses received. Their website states they will refund; not true. I was 'ghosted'. I do not recommend you buy anything from this merchant TOSELFWITH
