I placed an order on May 29th 2026 and as of July 21st I have not received the product. In communication with them they will not address my concerns directly. They have provided a new tracking number of another shipment but that looks to continue to be weeks away yet they will not support my request for refund as the product if it does arrive well after my need for it. I wish I would have done more research on this company before ordering as there looks to be a history of this behavior. I hope this review will guide others to stay away from any purchases from this group.
There was some confusion about the original cost after the order was placed. Your support team responded promptly and corrected the issue. I received my items shortly afterwards and they are as described. I appreciate the experience.
Please don’t be drawn into using this company unless you are prepared for zero customer service and a very open ended delivery time …. It’s been a month now and no sight or sound regarding the order …
Not as described! Shows a cube sitting on the floor in what appears to be an actual cube shaped bag. It’s not cubed; it’s flat ; requiring three people to hold it open to get things inside. Could only get 2 comforters inside and next would require getting inside to stomp on them. Then you get out and the comforters have filled it up again. Not happy at all.😩
I was notified every step of the way from order to processing through customs to deliver! The toy is as cute as can be. My husband and I had fun trying it out. I can’t wait to give it to my grandson!
The glasses are perfect! Lightweight, fog-free and fit well under a full face helmet. Shipping was a bit long but I received constant updates along the way. A great experience and I highly recommend.

A rose quartz roller was not included as I had expected. The castor oil is in a roll-on unit like deodorant. I was expecting a rose quartz roller with the order.
Company advertised that I was receiving 48 mini pain sets. The email thread subject even identifies mini paint sets. What was actually received was nothing like what was advertised. I received 2 regular sized paint items with 48 paper mini paint gift tags. Customer service keeps saying that they sent what I ordered and confirmed with warehouse and ignores the false advertising completely.
