Order placed and 60 days later still waiting. Poor Customer Service!!
I placed an order on May 29th 2026 and as of July 21st I have not received the product. In communication with them they will not address my concerns directly. They have provided a new tracking number of another shipment but that looks to continue to be weeks away yet they will not support my request for refund as the product if it does arrive well after my need for it. I wish I would have done more research on this company before ordering as there looks to be a history of this behavior. I hope this review will guide others to stay away from any purchases from this group.
