A SOLID Four
The variety and unique styles definitely deserve a five-star rating. The uncertainty about how to measure my face and eyes, where my pupils are, if I am getting the right size frames without trying them on, and not having someone else file a claim with my insurance make the experience a three-star, middle-of-the-road process (better than the limited selection of most optometry offices but not as reassuring as the service of an optical office). Averaging out these things plus the value make this experience a solid four.
