I have not received my order placed on January 4. They keep blaming their " shipping partners " well they didn't put postage on the order so itvwas returned said they'd resend tracking shows " label created not yet in system " I've asked for a refund twice now they keep saying oh we sent your order 38 days later still no order. This is a epic failure. I'm starting to think it's a scam. I would not do business with this company you'll never get what you paid for. Now I have to go through the process of getting my money back. Horrible Horrible company!! It is now February 23 every single time I ask for a refund they send an email saying my order is shipped all tracking numbers lead to " not in system yet" they have aent a new tacking and this one for the SECOND TIME says no postage item won't be delivered. Really they make that mistake twice on my order. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! PLEAE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! They also do business under Puzzles up so I would stay far away from that one also. This is ridiculous and un ethical!
