Unusable garbage out of the box
Unusable garbage out of the box, with useless customer support. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. My 10 year old son saved all his grass cutting money to buy the K1. It arrived missing screws that hold down the print plate. We tried calling and were told to submit a case via email, via email we were told to go to the hardware store, so we took a screw that we think is a match to multiple hardware stores and Microcenter - no one could ID the screw. We called AGAIN, and the person on the phone kept telling us to go to the hardware store, and wasn't forthcoming with any info about what the screw might be. He eventually told us it's probably an M3x6mm, so we ordered a bag of those amazon. Will find out if those even fit in a couple of days. Email support has been unresponsive since the initial contact. My son is devastated and I've lost several hours of my life to this BS goose chase for missing screws.
