Poor quality and customer service
I bought my wife two ear studs for Christmas that she picked out from j&co website,One stud fell out after five days. We took the other to a professional piercing establishment to have it fitted, unfortunately they could not due to the poor quality of the stud. I contacted j&co who asked me to send a video of the stud.a few days past and I contacted them again only to be asked to send another video,hmm delay tactic. I tried contacting again and have not received any correspondence from the company at all. I have also been sent an invoice for £42 from fedex for delivery unbelievable you have to pay so much for poor quality. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking of purchasing from this company to think again,if I had checked trust pilot first I would not be nearly £200 down and my wife would have a Christmas present she wanted
