Crouching tiger, hidden fees (everywhere)
Aspire are a shady business, always trying to hide fees and take little bits wherever they can. Branded as a solution to save money for small businesses but instead, charge fees for everything and make it extremely complicated and cumbersome for anyone trying to send money to an aspire account. Easy to use for internal affairs but you will waste money if you do enough business and use the account. For example, SGD35 flat fee for receiving funds in SGD via Swift transfer and because it’s a “flat fee”, the transaction report shows up as zero transaction fees. It’s a Singaporean business btw, how does this make sense?? Also, USD 8 for a bunch of incoming transactions, monthly user fees once you have a second user, etc.
