Horrible company
Horrible company. I purchased an item that wasn't working. First day I got it, I reached out to Martube asap. I waited weeks with no response. I reached out to their Instagram account and they blocked me?? I only wanted to return the item in it's original condition and get my refund. They said they have a refund policy but they ghosted me. This company is a scam. Edit: They haven't reached out to me yet. Will report this store Edit2: I reached out in every possible way. No response. Will keep pursuing this matter
