They've unlawfully held my employees' salaries at least 3 times since we've been with them. I'm not sure why they have such high reviews because we're always holding our breath with this company as EOR. As a business we remit our payment in advance and rely on them to pay our employees as agreed, but they don't. They also require advance deposits for health care and have failed to refund or credit our account for health insurance deposits paid for an employee that was terminated over a year ago. Additionally, our CSM gives us the run around for simple questions where we're expecting them to be the expert in local laws and we end up having to inform them instead of the other way around. My employees rely on their salaries and this company has let them down multiple times. Unfortunately, this would not be the company to put your trust in for such a critical function.
