Not Buying from this site again
Edit: I was contacted by wherelight telling me my order date was during Chinese new year, this was not mentioned on the website when I placed my order. They then proceed to tell me my order has been shipped, but here is what actually is happening: "Your package has been sent out, please check the time of receipt" - 08 Feb. "Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at 2:26 AM Local time, SHANGHAI" 10 days and it hasn't even left Shanghai yet! Which I already mentioned in my original review. This is my first purchase from the website after finding out about it from a friend of mine. So far, I am nowhere near impressed with my experience. I was advised the order was shipped on 8 Feb, the tracking number couldn't provide an update until 15 Feb, when it showed it is at Shanghai. While I appreciate you said the order may take 11-20 working days, it shouldn't take you 5 working days just to tell me it hasn't even left the country yet. Also to bear in mind, I placed my order on 27 Jan, again it took you an entire week to tell me my order was processed, this is just outrageous.
