No glasses, no exchange, no refund
Unfortunately, the "guarantee" of satisfaction is worthless. Glasses were not as pictured, and I was told that since they were a prescription, I could not exchange or return them, only get a 50% coupon for another pair. Meanwhile, the second pair I had ordered in the first shipment STILL has not arrived. So I have no glasses, and a coupon inviting me to spend more money for another pair of glasses that may not arrive, or be incorrect when they do. Wherelight has responded to this review telling me to contact customer service. My original review was written AFTER I contacted customer service. Do not be fooled by their response. Their guarantee is not 100% honest.
