Still waiting for my order
How can you send me a survey when I'm still waiting for my order? You guys took my money on 2/11 and I still don't have anything. My first order with you guys was also unsatisfactory but decided to give you guys a second chance based on reviews I've read. Somehow I'm receiving bad customer service again...
