The toolheads on this thing keep coming off. This is my 2nd U1 (I got the first via the Kickstarter) and that one didn't have even close to the same amount of issues as this so called refined 1 year later production model.
Normally I love Elegoo's filament and buy as much as I can in bulk when it goes on sale. Normally it's perfectly fine. But in the last year every single order I put into them comes weirdly packaged. They typically ship in 10 kg boxes. What they've been doing lately is splitting the boxes up to split among multiple shipments and since these spools are cardboard the cardboard spools get trashed and I have to respool every single roll. The price when it's on sale is still worth it even with this annoyance but it is something that people should be aware of.
