The customer service is amazing & resolved my issues very quickly. The PVY turbo itself can handle heavy bumps on the road, can handle heavy weight like 120-150kg easily and uphills with that 750w motor still locked at 15.5mph makes hill climbs and acceleration easy. I am very impressed 👍
