My experience makes me disappointment to SF express delivery. My delivery option is cash on delivery, but driver message me to make payment before received the goods. Driver delays the delivery without any notice and give me the reason is waiting my payment. For cash on delivery is a type of transaction where the recipient pays for a good at the time of delivery rather than using credit. Then the delay delivery reason remark in system is customer did not make related payment. I have no intention of not paying, but how can customer make payment before customer received the goods as the delivery option is COD.
