My name is Karen Foxx, I have a 17.5 year old Yorkie/Chihuahua name Kiki Sheppard. I was having the most awful time with getting my furbaby's prescriptions filled through regular pharmacies. I did a search for an online dog pharmacy and I was linked to your website. I spoke with your customer service agent, Steve Nelson, HE WAS AWESOME!!! I was having an unpleasant experience with my vet to get Kiki's prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, it took three days of back and forth, they literally sent her prescriptions to the wrong fax number twice. However, Mr. Nelson was actively working behind the scenes to get Kiki's medication filled. He tracked my account activity, called me with updates, and he was always pleasant, professional, and understanding of my unpleasant situation. I will be getting all of my future prescriptions for Kiki filled through PetCareRx. Thank you Mr. Nelson, and thank you PetCareRx for such a pleasant experience.
