Was charged $1,497 for pre-arrival cleaning services. Garage was flooded, BBQ not cleaned in months, hair in the master shower, master bed not set and so on. To avoid confusion, homeowner spent a fortune on the property ("Inspiration Point 14A" in Big Sky), but the management company is failing to properly service the property.
