Perpetual Delays, Zero Communication or Accountability
(Updated 11/2025) I cannot recommend ordering from Mighty Jaxx. They do not adhere to delivery timelines for pre-ordered products, and will not reach out to inform customers of ongoing delays. I am still awaiting fulfillment for a product ordered in September of 2023. On the product update tab the delivery timetable has been pushed back multiple times. From June 2024 to September 2024. From September 2024 to November 2024. November came with no update until later in that same month when the date was again pushed to December 2024. December arrived and the delivery date was again changed midway through the month to January 2025. January 2025 came and went and the delivery date was not updated until multiple weeks into February 2025 to May 2025. Then May 2025 was changed to June 2025. June 2025 was changed to July then August. Then August 2025 came and the date was shifted to November 2025. November 2025 was changed to December 2025. Checking their website at the beginning of November shows that they have once again pushed back the ship date, now to the current estimated delivery date of February 2026. Nearly 2.5 years after the order date! As a paying customer I am extremely frustrated that there seems to be a perpetual delay and no accountability. I'm disappointed with the lack of direct updates for a paid for product and that the fulfillment timeline is now 2 years beyond the initial order. There seems to be no guarantee on item fulfillment and they will not consider ongoing delays as a legitimate reason for a refund. This is completely unacceptable as a toy production company that continues to advertise pre-orders for new products. It's understandable that delays happen and production issues may arise that need to be addressed in maintaining an acceptable level of quality, but this company is not new to making custom and limited run toys and continues to advertise new products. The delays, lack of communication and accountability are completely unacceptable. The only communication I have received, came shortly after I filed multiple complaints and posted on their instagram feed describing frustration with delays. I would be extremely wary of purchasing any product from Mighty Jaxx as I have zero confidence in obtaining an order in an acceptable timeframe, much less having clarity of what is causing the delays.
