Brinks have gotten worse since they merged with guardian and bought by the Armstrong group, we recently about 3 months ago added 3 months to our plan to pay for repairing the security cams that refuse to connect to our new wifi, when they were supposed to do this they kept rescheduled the appointment, 3 times, told customer service I'm not rescheduling and told them to figure it out, they canceled my 3 added month deal and forgot me and now I have to repeat everything again JUST to get my cams working again, tired of them as we have been with them ( guardian, Armstrong and brinks) for 13 years, cannot wait to cancel them after the contract ends
