Measurements wrong, lacking in customer service
Measurements are completely wrong and item ended up being twice the size as stated despite deliberately measuring myself before hand. Had to ask several times before they'd give the return address then told me it was actually coming from China.... if I'd have known that I'd have not ordered in the first place. Offered me a 15% refund a few weeks ago as returning it would be too expensive as the skirt wasnt cheap and i got told if the sizing wasn't right this time they wouldn't accept it again (didnt fill me with hope seeings as the measurements were wrong in the first place, so I can't exactly trust them now) I still haven't recieved this refund and hasn't even been processed yet. I get the feeling they're hoping ill forget. Awful experience and now left with a very expensive skirt I now have to pay to get altared somewhere else. Will not be ordering from them again. Lesson learnt.
