Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience with The Tree Center. I ordered a Plum Pudding plant on June 15, 2026, but the plant I received did not look anything like the plant pictured in my order history or the product I paid for. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photos of the plant I received, along with comparison photos of other Plum Pudding plants I own that match the advertised appearance. Despite this evidence, I was told that I would have to pay to ship the plant back if I wanted a refund. I do not believe customers should be responsible for return shipping when the wrong item is sent by the seller. After waiting about 2 week for a response, the company insisted that the plant they sent was a Plum Pudding. Based on its appearance, I strongly disagree. Unfortunately, rather than working toward a fair resolution, they expected me to incur additional costs to correct their mistake. I would have been willing to return the plant if they had provided a prepaid shipping label or reimbursed the shipping costs. Instead, I was left with a product that was not as described and no satisfactory resolution. Buyers should be aware of this return policy before ordering.
