Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered some fishing boots. Navitas polar tech! Very uncomfortable, the heel digs in to your feet on both boots. You can feel the heel on the sole as you walk. I requested a return and was told it’s not a good enough reason so was rejected! The boots are not fit for purpose (boots you can’t walk in) I’m sure it is. Will never order from them again!
