Spam and money grab!
I have recording with the agents and “customers” I paid leads for. For a small fee of $210 per lead I was given the phone number for “real leads,” which would only result in me getting in contact with an actual customer 1 out of 10 times. Let me give you an example, I have paid $2500 this year for Angi Leads (12 leads) but only got in touch with 1 real customer during that time. When I offered to share my recorded attempts to reach the customers and share my photos of the emails and text messages I sent out to there supposed customers. But the supervisor in the customer service department said they are only responsible to get me the customers number, but they are not responsible to ensure that the customer actually answers. In theory they could have bots circulating the majority of these paid leads as Angie’s gets paid regardless and they clearly don’t care about us contractors getting work as they get paid either way. I will never use Angie’s again and instead I’ll reallocate my Angie’s spending into my Google leads spending as I get get in contact with real customers via Google. Also the customer service was horrible and the supervisors were dismissive and rude. Goodness I just wish I canceled my membership years ago!!!

Terrible Shipping Service
I placed an order for approximately ($70.00) with an estimated arrival time of 5-7 business days. I have not only not received my products but I have received no email updates about my products and even when I sign directly into my Electric Tabacconist account, I get zero updates. This experience has been frustrating. When you attempt to seek help for some insight of where your order is, you are prompted into a loop of links that change the estimated delivery time from 5-7 business days to claiming as a customer (I) may have to wait for as long as 40 days before I will be considered for a “lost product.”
I placed my order nearly 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a single update via text or email. This is unfortunate given that on Feb/18, a day after I placed my order with you Electric Tobacconist, I had placed an order from a competitor - Element Vape. I received emails of communication to update me on everything to do with my order and received an estimated time from similar to your delivery time frame. However, unlike Electric Tobacconist, my order from Element Vape was received even quicker- only a 3 day wait before my products arrived. They offered a fabulous method of communication and quick delivery! I am very disappointed with my order from this company!
I am requesting a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I would appreciate a quick resolution to this as I’m tired of waiting and have grown inpatient with the poor experience I have been provided.
I wish I would have read the plethora of negative reviews regarding their delivery service. Also, if you see their ratings via Trust Pilot you’ll see a rating of 3.1 stars which is a far cry from the fake rating that the company has on their business page of 4.8 stars out of 5 stars. I found that interesting!
