Sent me a prepaid insured overnight packing slip. He then Let me know exactly when it arrived, also called me within the same day and gave me a good offer for my watch. I was extremely pleased with the outcome he was professional, and the transaction was smooth and very efficient. I thank them and I highly recommend RobinsonPhan and BOB WATCHES.
