WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Shoeb is the worst customer service agent I have ever spoken with! I explained my issue upfront, yet it took him an entire day just to ask if we were still connected. He knew for a fact that he took hours to respond, yet he still asked that? How can you expect a person to wait for you for hours????? Couldn’t he have at least provided basic troubleshooting steps instead of just checking if we were still connected? It took him a full day without offering any steps I could take. Then, another day just to ask for a screenshot—even though I had already described the error. And yet another day just to suggest clearing the cache, cookies, and relaunching? What kind of customer service takes two days just for that resolution? I understand that responses may take time, but his replies only delayed the issue when he could have asked all these questions upfront! No urgency at all.
