Very bad shopping experience
Very bad shopping experience. I ordered a pair of tights for $250 & they arrived in a clear bag tucked inside a manila envelope. When I opened the package the pants material was rotten with a bunch of holes in the waist of the garment. When I tried to return the pants I had to email back & forth for 3 weeks - sending the pictures of the product over 8 times and got nowhere - then a guy named Mario emailed me back & lsaid that the pants were not delivered to me in the plastic bag So basically I was lying & they refused my refund. I absolutely could not believe a company could send me a damaged pair of pants with holes in it & then refuse a refund. I never responded to Mario’s email. Arguing back & forth is a waste of time. I just decided to allow God to give this store the Karma they deserve.
