🚨 WARNING: WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER! 🚨 I have had the absolute worst experience with EasyParcel, along with their City-Link and Flash Courier services. If you value your time, money, and business operations, STAY AWAY! 🔴 Repeated Missed Pickups Both City-Link and Flash Courier have failed to pick up parcels multiple times, not just once or twice, but at least FOUR TIMES! I have followed up relentlessly, only to be met with constant delays and empty promises. 🔴 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Live chat? Useless! Agents either don’t reply or keep giving generic “we will remind the courier” responses with zero action taken. Email? No response! WhatsApp? No reply! Tracking numbers? Suddenly "invalid" after delays! 🔴 MONEY TRAPPED IN THE PLATFORM After all these repeated failures, I requested a refund—and guess what? No refund, no response, nothing! EasyParcel is holding onto my money despite providing the worst service imaginable. This is completely unacceptable for a professional courier platform. The lack of accountability, transparency, and reliability is beyond frustrating. Business owners, beware! Don’t waste your time, effort, and money on a service that does not deliver. I have officially given up on EasyParcel. Save yourself the stress—use a different courier! 🚫📦
