This company has the worst and most ridiculous customer service ever. They sold a cheap £5 rubbish bulb and even sent the wrong item. I opened a dispute, and they told me I have to pay for the return postage myself, and then they would only give me a half refund. The mistake was theirs, yet they expect the customer to pay for it. Honestly, don’t buy anything connected to Debenhams Online or this company. They have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
