The Worst Customer Service If You Have An Issue
Absolutely one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had—and easily the most frustrating $5,000 I’ve ever spent. The product had major issues the moment it was unboxed, and from there, the complete lack of support was staggering. Trying to get help was a dead end. The store manager, Tyler, couldn’t be bothered to step in or take responsibility. Corporate was just as useless—no access to anyone with authority, no returned calls, no effort to fix anything. It’s like once they have your money, you no longer exist. This company talks a big game, but when there’s a real problem, they vanish. No accountability, no urgency, no customer care—just excuses and silence. If you’re considering spending serious money here, don’t. When something goes wrong, and it likely will, you’ll be stuck dealing with it alone. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
