Couldn't believe it was so easy.
Was a little taken back when I could not talk to a person. However, the team would respond to my questions very quickly and kept me totally informed. Was pleasantly surprised that the whole ordeal/process was so easy!! The time from our first contact to receiving our reimbursement for the repair was less than 8 days. Highly recommend.
