My Valentine's Day gift
My Valentine's Day gift, a black obsidian ring from Moon magic was a complete disappointment. Not only did it arrive significantly late, but the sizing was also drastically off. Despite following their online guide and ordering a size 7, the ring I received was at least two sizes too large. After numerous emails and providing detailed photos, they insisted the size was correct and offered no resolution. I'm incredibly frustrated with their poor customer service, especially given their advertised values. I won't be purchasing from them again.
