DON'T GO TO STONEBIERE MALL IN FRISCO, TX. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE PEOPLE... I guess customer service has changed since the last time I worked in it. You are allowed to be rude to your customers. Set up a display in the middle of the day in front of the store, but no customers are allowed to touch the product. But God forbid I go talk to a manager about one of their employees being rude to me. They are just as rude and ill-mannered as their employees. Someone needs to do something about this store. I wish you could give negative stars. I would say -10.
