Disappointed and not to shame but report my experience I ordered hair and WILLINGLY paid $169.00 of my SOCIAL SECURITY AND WAITED was so excited TO GET THE HAIR. THE INSTALLER WAS SO SAD THAT SHE WANTED TO DONATE HAIR to me IN EXCHANGE. I am so disappointed. I am not asking for refund or exchange just had to give my experience
