Impossible to reach customer service
Impossible to reach customer service. My subscription refills are not being filled. I submitted four times to their online forms, and called twice. When I called (both within posted biz hours) I got an answering service who said all they can do is submit another ticket. Left phone number and email, with no response. Six attempts to contact customer support have been left unanswered. If you can get your meds elsewhere, I’d suggest it.
