This is the second time I’ve ordered from this company. The first time I ordered the kinky salt and pepper. Initially I didn’t like it and tried to return without success. Subsequently, I decided to keep it and as it turned out, I really like the hair. This time, I ordered Afrokinky salt and pepper. The hair was more pepper than salt. I emailed QVR several times without receiving a reply. As I mentioned in previously correspondence to QVR, their customer service is lacking. It is unfortunate that QVR sells hair products that are for the most part good; however, their customer service department leaves a lot to be desired. As the old saying goes, “the product is only as good as its guarantee.” I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise anyone else to do the same.
