Don’t buy from this company
I can’t comment on the shoes fit, quality or durability, because the sizing is inaccurate and the shoes didn’t fit me. However, the returns process is a nightmare and not ‘easy returns’ as their website claims. They first offered to send me more shoes to try (?) then a 15% reduction to keep them, which went up to 30% as our email exchanges progressed. They want the shoes returning to Germany but not only do they say I have to pay the returns postage, but also customs. The whole process is illogical, misleading and dishonest. And I’ve still not been given an address to return the shoes to. Not convinced I’d get a refund anyway. My best recommendation: do not buy from this company.
