The stitching on shoes has already come…
The stitching on shoes has already come apart from the upper, leaving visible white thread. Shoes were purchased in Jan and this occurred within first 3 months of wearing a couple of days per week to work. Have lodged a request to discuss but as yet have only received a response stating the team would be in contact. The response from customer service was the issue occurred post the 30 day return period and I should have them repaired myself.
