Only partially worked for me, no way to request refund
Only partially worked for me. Recovered photos but other files did not come back. Also when my computer finished loading the latest Windows update, everything came back. I tried to request a refund for my 1 month subscription but it seems to be impossible to do on their website. Very frustrating and I am probably out my $60+ for something that didn't fully work and ultimately wasn't needed!
