Too many complaints…
I’m not sure where to begin on this review. For starters, there’s rat boxes everywhere, which the front office will tell you that that’s good you want those there because the rats will go in there instead of your storage unit . I had rodents in my storage unit. They left all kinds of droppings. Managed to get my containers and eat some of the clothes. I also had a snake in my unit. All kinds of debris had blown into my unit so they’re not very secure. They are not airtight, somehow stuff must be able to fly in there from underneath the top of the units. My unit was filthy from white fuzz and dirt and I don’t know what else . Definitely need to keep your things in plastic totes. I feel like they have shady business dealings. The person at the front office was giving me one price on the phone, but I got a cheaper price online. And they tell you the first month is free, but then they hit you with all these move in administration fees, so it’s really not free. Maybe to avoid the rodents in the snakes maybe it’s best to get a climate controlled unit. I had to throw out a lot of stuff; after keeping my stuff stored there just, because of the rats getting into the storage unit. Some things were ruined. And other things I just had the heebie-jeebies about bringing the stuff home; after rats were crawling all over it. I’ve rented storage units before, and I’ve never had any of these problems at any of them. Even in a climate controlled environment, which seems like you would have more issues.
