I contacted you to cancel my subscription, not because of any problems, but because I no longer could afford the price of the product. The representative I was chatting with, right away reminded me of the benefits of the product and then went on to offer me a reduced cost and free shipping. She also explained the process to change the quantity and/or frequency of my orders. I believe the Cust Serv Rep helping me was Michelle, and she truly provided a customer centric experience.
