Based on my order details, the status shows that the full amount has been refunded. However, I have not received the refund in my e-Wallet yet. Could you please check and confirm the refund status? If the refund has been processed, kindly provide the expected time frame for it to reflect in my account. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
