DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My very elderly father paid WAY too much for the system and then paid way too much to get out of the contract. If that wasn't bad enough, for 12 months after he paid off the contract, they still charged him a monthly fee because they had canceled one account but then opened another. After literally HOURS on the phone with absolutely incompetent customer service they finally agreed to refund the money that they illegally withdrew. However, we still have not received the refund after 4 weeks. This company will play dumb when it comes to doing anything other than opening your account and taking your money. They are still skating by on the reputation they used to have, but believe me when I say, they are NOT a reputable company, do not care about the customer and have no reason to change because they can just keep scamming the elderly. Nice job ADT, you are truly one of the worst companies out there.
