They promised a refund of 20%. Never received it and it‘s been a year now. During that time, i Write emails to them and they always told me that they forwarded the mail to the escalation team. Never heard anything. OH and before that, funny thing, they told me that they refunded me and it should be on my bank soon. Almost forgot that part of the story. Promising and even stating that a refund was proceeded, then lying and now ignoring. I asked for a refund because of the shipping. I paid for express which would have taken 7-15days. Express costed me extra. Well, it arrived after more than a month. Never again! Never got to wear that dress and I think it‘s better off buying somewhere else. Update: they offered a coupon instead of the refund which was apparently already processed months ago.
