ARRIVED WITH FAULTY FEP
2 days after pushing hard for a sale in my emails putting pressure on to “purchase my basket now” they suddenly dropped all their prices massively across the entire range. The product arrived with a fault to the fep sheet that had i tried to print on may have caused a hole in it thus permanently damaging the entire machine and their only support offer is still currently to either give me a 40% discount on a pack of replacement fep sheets online or send me 2 from China which i would end up paying customs charges to import. Absolutely useless via email to get a response from and now im stuck with a terrible printer that will break if i use it (i still havent even used it) and a terrible feeling i have been scammed. EDIT - It is now almost a full month after reporting the initial problem with elegoo and after messing me about via email the entire time and making very little sense at all, their “solution” was to send me a pack of 2 replacement FEP sheets - this took far too long to sort out at all and when they did arrive they have sent me generic sheets built for a Saturn 3 Ultra and told me i need to manually chop them up, when they could have just sent me the correct sheets specifically designed for my printer. Why should i have to cut things up that arent designed for this model in order to fix a fault that was present from the factory?? This is an absolute disgusting joke of customer support and i will surely be making a special feature episode for our youtube channel specifically on how terrible elegoo support is after sales so our subscribers and all viewers can really see just how bad this company is. I have requested a full return and refund about 3 times now via email and they just completely ignore that. I will now absolutely be force shipping the items back and simply claiming the payment back via my bank as it seems this fraudulent shady company will not actually refund me.
