Excellent Support Amidst Some Glitches
I’ve really enjoyed using PetBacker so far! As a new user, getting hired can be challenging, but persistence definitely pays off. The platform provides great opportunities for pet sitters, and I appreciate the support team’s responsiveness—special thanks to Khushali for her outstanding assistance! That said, there are some areas for improvement. The app can be a bit buggy at times, and the UI could be more intuitive for a smoother experience. Enhancing these aspects would make it even better for both sitters and pet parents. Overall, I look forward to continuing with PetBacker and hope to see further improvements.
