Kimmie is awesome. She helped me from the beginning until the end. Even with the notary people not doing their part and not checking the documents, she checked them consistently, catching all the errors they didn't. She is the true definition of great customer service. Thanks
The company got my address completely wrong. The package came all the way to my city just to get returned back to the company. Once I contacted the company about my package that's when I was told the address was incorrect. I informed them that I entered it correctly so it had to be on their end. Company said that I didn't need to worry when they received it back they would send me a new tracking number which I never received. Contacted them back and I was told about the address again and given a tracking number which showed it was returned back to them. Company said that I needed to contact my local post office which I did and post office confirmed they entered the address completely wrong and that it was sent back to them. So, at this point I decided I didn't even want the product. Now the company keeps telling me about the address being wrong and trying to still mail the product back to me when I have said multiple times I don't want to do business with them. Company also asked me to split my money with them because they have lost resources that allow them to see that the package came back to them. Hmmmm! What type of company asks such a question? So, I have already informed my bank. To the world order at your own risk. You may get lucky, but unfortunately for me, I didn't. Thanks
